pdfGens provides free, browser-based tools for processing PDF and image files. Our tools include but are not limited to:

All processing occurs entirely within your browser. We do not store, upload, or have access to your files at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use pdfGens only for lawful purposes. You must not use our Service to:

• Process files containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or overload our service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code for commercial redistribution
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for the files you process using our tools and any actions you take based on the results.

4. Intellectual Property

The pdfGens website, logo, design, and all associated content are owned by pdfGens and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The open-source libraries used by pdfGens (PDF.js, pdf-lib, Tesseract.js, SheetJS, jsPDF, docx.js) are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

You retain full ownership of all files you process using our tools. We claim no rights over your content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The results of using our tools will be accurate or reliable for all use cases
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

You use pdfGens at your own risk. Always keep backups of important files before processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pdfGens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or file corruption
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is ₹0 as the service is free).

pdfGens is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense. By using our service, you acknowledge that:
